Do I need a COVID SAFE TICKET (CST) to come to SPARKOH!?

From 1 November until 15 January 2022, the COVID SAFE TICKET will be in force in WALLONIA. As a result, individual visitors and groups (except school groups) who want to visit us must present a valid COVID SAFE TICKET to enter our premises if they are over 16 years of age.

From 20 November, wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone aged 10 and over.

What documents do I need to present to get in?

To come to the SPARKOH! as of 1 November, you must present the following:

Your SPARKOH! tickets, purchased in advance via our online box office

Your COVID SAFE TICKET (CST), via the Covid Safe app or a printed version with a READABLE QR code.

A form of ID: even if your CST is valid, it will not be accepted without an ID document.

Only authorised members of staff will be able to scan your QR code via the CovidScan app to make sure the CST is valid.

No personal data will be stored.

We are a non-school group: do we need to show a COVID SAFE TICKET?

Group visits MUST BE BOOKED in advance by calling 065 61 21 60. A CST applies for supervisors over 16 years of age.
From 20 November, wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone aged 10 and over.

Do we still have to wear a mask?

Even if you have a COVID SAFE TICKET, you have to wear a mask to enter to SPARKOH! from 20/11. Anybody who is not subject to the obligation to have a CST (children aged between 10 and 15, school groups) must still wear a mask and follow the other protective measures.

I have bought my tickets but I don’t have a COVID SAFE TICKET (CST). Are my tickets refundable?

From 1 November, the COVID SAFE TICKET will be COMPULSORY in cultural venues in WALLONIA.
If you do not have a valid CST on the day of your visit, you will be refused entry to the site in accordance with the guidelines imposed by law.

Your tickets are non-refundable – see Legals informations

I have purchased a season ticket but I do not have a COVID SAFE TICKET (CST). Is it refundable?

Visitors who are not vaccinated can still come to SPARKOH! if they have one of the other 2 kinds of certificate (a negative PCR test or antigen test carried out in the last 48hrs or 24hrs – or a COVID recovery certificate dated within the last 180 days).

Health measures

SPARKOH! is following the latest health news on a daily basis so that it can adapt the way it works, its different areas and how activities available for visitors are managed. A number of measures have been put in place to make sure visitors are safe.

The Covid Safe Ticket (CST) will be coming into force in Wallonia on 1 November. This will be required for visitors over 16 years of age who want to come to SPARKOH! Masks will therefore no longer have to be worn.
