E-ticketing

  • Following on from the health measures in place, you will have to book and buy your tickets online so we can keep within the daily visitor limits.
  • Season ticket holders must also choose a “Adult or Child season ticket visit” ticket in the “individual entry ticket” section for €0 to select a day for their visit.
  • Tickets are dated and only valid on the day selected for your visit.
  • For practical reasons, gift vouchers, free tickets and other promotional ticket prices (Escapade discount (WBT), partner discounts (Technopolis, Grotte de Han etc.), Article 27 tickets etc. must be booked online.
