ARTICLE 1: ORGANISER AND CONTEXT
The “Golden Ticket Hunt” is organised by SPARKOH! (SC), located at Rue de Mons 3, 7080 Frameries, under company number BE 462 311 896.
The event takes place exclusively on the SPARKOH! site on Sundays 7 and 14 December 2025.
Participation is free and open to all park visitors, subject to holding a valid entry ticket or membership.
No purchase is required beyond this.
ARTICLE 2: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT
The event is announced to the public through SPARKOH!’s official channels (social media, website, press, etc.). The organiser reserves the right to promote the event on any medium deemed appropriate to reach a wider audience.
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1 Eligible participants
Participation is open to:
- Any individual holding a valid entry ticket or a valid membership for SPARKOH! on 7 or 14 December 2025.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Exclusions:
Employees of the organiser, persons involved in the organisation of the event, and their direct family members are not allowed to participate.
3.2 Compliance with park rules
Participants must comply with the park’s internal rules, including safety, cleanliness, and behavioural guidelines.
Any damage, breakage or inappropriate behaviour (pushing, ignoring safety rules, etc.) will result in immediate exclusion from the event, without appeal.
In case of disorder or damage, SPARKOH! reserves the right to partially or fully interrupt or cancel the event.
3.3 Participant responsibility
Participants take part under their own responsibility.
The organiser cannot be held liable for accidents, loss or theft occurring during the event.
3.4 Participation limit
Each participant may join only once per Sunday (7 or 14 December 2025).
Only one Golden Ticket can be won per Sunday.
If a participant wins, they (or any member of their household) are automatically excluded from participation the following Sunday.
Winners of the Golden Ticket and their family cannot take part in the raffle for the 10 family packs.
ARTICLE 4: PRIZES
4.1 Prizes
One Golden Ticket worth over €1,000 is awarded each Sunday.
The Golden Ticket for 7 December includes:
- 1 family membership for SPARKOH! (2 adults + 2 children) worth €200
- 2 Walibi tickets worth €100
- 1 Martin’s Hotels gift voucher worth €150, valid for 2 years
- 1 family pack for the Euro Space Center worth €136
- 1 “Pioneer” membership for Technopolis worth €210
- 3 cinema vouchers worth €36 (Imagix network: Tournai, Mons, Huy)
- 4 entries for the DOCK 79 adventure park (treetop course) worth €104
- 1 three-month subscription to the Spirou magazine worth €36
- 4 entries to the Natural Sciences Museum (Brussels) worth €52
- 4 tickets for a show of your choice at MARS (Mons Arts de la Scène) worth €42
- 1 NAME IT gift voucher worth €100
- 2 entries for the D-fool Park in Liège worth €25
- 2 entries for FunZone in Dour for an activity of your choice (goolfy / laser game / karaoke).
Price depending on the chosen activity.
The Golden Ticket for 14 December includes:
- Same items as above, except:
- Instead of the NAME IT voucher:
1 annual subscription to Le Journal des Enfants (JDE) worth €108
- Instead of the NAME IT voucher:
Total estimated value: €1,000.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for other services/products.
Conditions of use for each voucher are provided by the partner concerned.
No exchange: prizes may not be exchanged, resold or transferred.
No dispute: prizes cannot be contested in any way.
Limited responsibility: SPARKOH! declines all liability regarding the use or validity of partner vouchers.
Participants who did not win the Golden Ticket may enter the raffle for one of the 10 family packs offered each Sunday.
Substitution:
The organiser reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equivalent value in case of partner unavailability or force majeure.
4.2 Prize availability
Prizes are awarded “as is”.
No claims may be made concerning their nature, value, or use.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for any issues related to prize use (expired vouchers, unavailable services, etc.).
ARTICLE 5: PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES
5.1 How it works
Each visitor receives a game flyer upon arrival.
The flyer explains how the hunt works and is used to note the clues needed to identify the excavation zone where the Golden Ticket is hidden.
Participants must look for the questions hidden throughout the exhibitions, solve the puzzles and find the excavation zone without damaging the site or disturbing other visitors.
All questions are VISIBLE.
5.2 Search rules
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Move, damage, or alter park installations or clues
- Remove any clue – all clues must remain in place
- Use tools or objects to dig or search
- Disturb other visitors or park staff
The Golden Ticket must be handed immediately to a staff member (welcome desk agent) once found.
5.3 Winner validation
The winner is the first person to hand in the intact Golden Ticket to an authorised staff member.
The staff will check the winner’s identity using their ID card and verify compliance with the participation rules.
ARTICLE 6: RESPECT FOR THE VENUE AND VISITORS
6.1 Expected behaviour
Participants must behave respectfully towards:
- The park’s facilities and equipment
- Other visitors and staff
Any offence (damage, inappropriate behaviour, ignoring instructions…) results in immediate exclusion.
6.2 Sanctions
In case of damage or inappropriate behaviour, the organiser reserves the right to:
- Exclude the participant
- Claim compensation for damages caused
ARTICLE 7: WINNER DESIGNATION
The prize is given to the winner on site, on the same day, upon presentation of a valid ID and the Golden Ticket.
ARTICLE 8: DATA PROTECTION
Personal data (name, surname, email) is collected solely for organising the event and will not be shared with third parties.
In accordance with GDPR, participants may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting:

ARTICLE 9: IMAGE RIGHTS
The winner expressly agrees that SPARKOH! may take one or more photographs during the prize-giving.
These photos may be used free of charge by SPARKOH! for one (1) year on its website, social media, and communication materials.
No financial compensation will be provided for this use.
ARTICLE 10: LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 Liability
The organiser cannot be held responsible for:
- Technical problems or access issues
- Loss or theft of the Golden Ticket before its official submission
- Cancellation or modification of the event due to reasons beyond its control
10.2 Modification or cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in case of exceptional circumstances (weather, safety, etc.).
No compensation may be claimed.
ARTICLE 11: VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
SPARKOH! is under video surveillance for safety reasons.
Participants are informed that their image may be recorded.
Recordings may be used in case of disputes, rule violations or safety reasons.
ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
The rules are subject to Belgian law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mons.
Claims must be sent in writing to marcom@sparkoh.be within 3 days after the end of the event.
ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
